Main wine critic "Tim Atkin" continues to tour Chile in search of tasting more than 1,200 wines

After a visit he made in the year 2016, where he was surprised by the diversity, quality and innovation of the national industry, Tim Atkin, author of prestigious books and a benchmark of the world wine industry, is in the country with the objective of CA Tar more than 1,200 wines.

The expert who defined our sector as "a success story in South America", will be visiting the country for about 20 days in which he participates in various visits to vineyards and tastings that aim to develop the second annual guide of Chile, where It highlights the strengths of Chilean wines.

Its program includes visits to 40 vineyards from Lake Ranco to Elqui, covering all the sizes of producers. Likewise, it will participate of 9 thematic tastings of the different valleys (Aconcagua, Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua, Maule, Cauquenes, Bío Bío, Itata) and 2 tastings with independent associations such as Movi and Chanchos Deslenguados.

The results of his review will be presented at ProWein 2018.
